Contractual Disclaimers of Primary Significance
1. Neutral Third-Party Facilitator Doctrine:Middleman.pk is strictly an independent, neutral third-party commercial payment facilitator operated by Middleman Technology Limited (SMC-Pvt Ltd). At no point does Middleman act as the buyer, seller, manufacturer, importer, warrantor, or courier of the merchandise traded.
2. Zero Product Liability Disclaimer:Middleman Technology Limited takes zero responsibility for the physical quality, fitness for a particular purpose, authentic provenance, transit damage, or legal title of the goods traded between Buyer and Seller. All buyers must conduct their physical inspection within their stipulated inspection window (24–72 hours) and report any discrepancies through the dispute mechanism before funds are released.

1. Scope of Agreement

By accessing Middleman.pk, initiating a deal, submitting a Transaction ID (TID), or logging into a 6-digit Seller Portal, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the segregated custody, verification, and disbursement of Pakistani Rupee (PKR) deal deposits.

2. 6-Digit Seller ID & KYC Verification

All verified sellers must undergo mandatory identity verification (CNIC, corporate registration, and linked payout bank account details) to receive an official 6-digit Seller ID (e.g., 003010). Sellers warrant that all goods dispatched match the agreed description.

3. Segregated Holding Accounts

Buyer deposits are held exclusively in segregated holding accounts maintained at Meezan Bank Limited and authorized commercial banking rails. Customer funds are legally partitioned from company operating capital and can only be disbursed pursuant to: (a) Buyer delivery confirmation, (b) expiration of the inspection window without a dispute, or (c) formal mediation resolution executed by an authorized compliance officer.

4. Inspection Window & Dispute Freeze

The buyer is granted an inspection window (24, 48, or 72 hours as agreed) starting from courier delivery. Clicking "Report Issue / Freeze Funds" within this window automatically locks the payout and halts any settlement. Failure to report an issue before window expiration constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the goods, triggering automatic release of funds to the seller.

5. Dispute Arbitration & Binding Mediation

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit high-resolution unboxing video evidence, courier slips, and serial number verification. The Middleman Compliance Department serves as sole and final binding arbiter, authorized to execute full buyer refunds, full seller payouts, or structured split settlements based on verifiable proof.

6. Prohibited Merchandise

Middleman.pk strictly prohibits transactions involving firearms, narcotics, counterfeit currency, non-PTA smuggled communication devices, or items prohibited under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
